New options make downloading Q&A data from netfiles Deal Room easier than ever
We have added a few new options for downloading and/or exporting questions and answers (Q&As) from netfiles Deal Room.
Download Q&As as Excel or PDF files
In addition to the Excel format, questions and answers can now also be downloaded as PDF files. How you benefit? Q&As are much more clearly structured and easier to read in PDF documents – not least because each question and the associated answer(s) appear on the same page or pages. The next question then appears on a new page, and so on.
Don't need all the Q&As? Then just pick the ones you want!
You are completely free to choose which Q&As you wish to download, in what format and whether you want them with or without attachments. In your data room, you will see the following three options in the navigation bar on the right:
Download selected questions
If you only want to download specific Q&As, check the boxes next to them to pick the ones you want. When you then click "Download Selected" in the navigation bar on the right, you can choose whether you want them in Excel format or as a PDF file. Please note that any attachments to the Q&As will not be downloaded with this option.
Download complete list
If you want to download all the Q&As that are shown, click "Download full list" in the navigation bar on the right. Here again, you can choose whether you want to download the Q&As in Excel format or as PDF files. As with the previous option, any attachments to the Q&As will not be downloaded with the Q&As themselves.
Export
If you want to download any attachments to the Q&As as well, please select the "Export" option. In this case, all Q&As will automatically be exported in both the Excel and PDF formats. If you want to export only specific Q&As in this way, check the boxes next to them to select the ones you want.
Check your filter settings!
Please note that these functions may be affected by existing filter settings. If you want to download all Q&As, the filters "Priority", "Status", "Responsible" and "Questions" must all be set to "all". These filters can be changed above the list of Q&As.
