netfiles data room now with new discussion function
netfiles GmbH expands the range of functions of its data room solutions
With the latest version of the netfiles data room, a discussion feature is now available to users.
Discussions allow netfiles users to communicate directly in the data room. Administrators of the netfiles data room can control which user groups can only follow or directly contribute to individual discussions via access rights. Discussions are securely documented, as all activities in the netfiles data room.
The new function is suitable for discussions within project teams, for communication with business partners and clients or for logging decisions. Even a simple Q&A process in the context of a due diligence can be handled with it. The use cases are diverse and can be flexibly implemented in the netfiles data room with the help of access rights.
The new discussion function is offered in the netfiles products Professional, Deal Room and Board Room.
