New Q&A workflow in netfiles Deal Room

In addition to the extended question and answer process (Q&A workflow), a new, flexible standard workflow is now available in netfiles Deal Room.

The standard Q&A workflow enables flexible and fast processing of questions in the due diligence process. A data room administrator can now accept and assign new questions in one step or answer and release them himself. Certain steps, for example, accept, assign, or release can be bundled for multiple questions.

The new question and answer process in netfiles Deal Room is particularly useful for less complex due diligence reviews and enables questions from the bidder or buyer side to be answered quickly and in a structured manner.
