List of all folders and files in the data room (data room index)
A list of all folders and files (data room index) can be very helpful to gain a better overview of all the contents of a data room and to check them. netfiles offers all users the option of downloading such an overview as a PDF or CSV file from the data room. Of course, only the contents of the data room to which the user has access rights are taken into account.
The data room index can be accessed in netfiles via the drop-down menu by clicking on the user name at the top right of the data room. Select the "Dashboard" item in this menu.
In this overview, please click on "Data room index (all folders and documents)" to display the list.
Now click on "Download" (to download a CSV file for further processing in Excel) or "PDF Download" to download the list.
